- Sams Publishing puts out a book "Visual C++ in 12 easy lessons" by Greg Perry
- and Ian Spencer. It comes with MSVC++ V1.0 on CD. I am currently using the
- book, and it does an excellent job of teaching C++ to us beginners! I found
- the book in my local software store last month. Cost: $40.00. Hope this
- helps...
